Blocking Apps After a Set Time

With Jomo, you can block certain applications after a total screen time limit. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Jomo > Rules > Conditions.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the black "+" and select "To Block" > "Screen Time Limit."

  3. In "Daily Screen Time exceeds," choose your max screen time.

  4. In "Apps & Websites," select the apps and sites to block.

  5. Choose the days, then confirm!

💡 Pro tip: You can add the same rule multiple times with different parameters. For example, block social media after 1 hour of screen time, streaming after 2 hours, and everything except essential apps after 4 hours. This gradual approach is much less frustrating!
